Played PG for the Bearcats
06/20/04: Davis said that his team again went to the Finals of the Hungarian League championship but lost. His team has gone to the Fianls three years running now and Davis is the starting PG. Four years ago, Davis led the league in scoring. - Mike Ryan

12/15/01: In an interview with Huggins in the locker room, he told the story of when the Hungarian National team came to Cincinnati for an exhibition game. The Hungarian players were fascinated by the old locker of Terrance Davis. They took pictures and 'ooh'd and aahh'd over it. As noted below, Davis has excelled in Hungary. Huggins said Davis is "the Michael Jordan of Hungary".

6/24/01: I spoke to Terrence today at the Summer League. TD played in Hungary this past winter and led the Hungarian League in scoring ( ! ). He told me that the team and league he plays in does not get much coverage on the Internet. He played as hard today as I've ever seen him....good ole TD... - Mike Ryan

11/7/98: "The Bearcats will see a familiar face tonight for BC Danone Honved. Former Bearcat guard Terrence Davis will be joining the Hungarian team for the final four games of its U.S. collegiate tour. If Davis plays well, he likely will be offered a contract to play in Hungary. "I hope it works out for him," Huggins said. "He's a great kid."

11/3/98: IBA Magic City Snowbears signed guard Terrence Davis.

From UCBearcats.com:

"Terrence Davis made an immediate impact in the Cincinnati backcourt in 1995-96, and a season's experience could put him in a position to make a greater contribution in 1996-97. Davis possesses the athletic ability to be effective at both ends of the court. Very quick and agile, his moves with or without the basketball make him a difficult player to guard. He is a threat to take the ball to the basket with his slashing style of play. His size and strength, along with his athletic skills make him an effective defender in the backcourt.

May 5, 1994:
"The Bearcats have received a verbal commitment from JUCO guard Terrence Davis. He is 6-4 and played at Kilgore College in Texas averaging 16.3 points and 5.1 rebounds. He visited UC last weekend and had also visited La Tech, North Texas (I think it was North Texas St. which actually has a respectable program), and Houston. Davis is more of a dribble penatrator hitting on only 28% of his 3's last season." - Jon Breiner, from Zuke's old site.
